3. PHPC clinic
PHPC (Public Health Preparedness Clinic) as well as polyclinics will provide subsidise to Citizen and Permanent Residents diagnosed with Respiratory illness (eg: flu)
- Singaporean and Permanent Residents would pay a flat subsidised rate of $10
- Pioneer Generation (PG) and Merdeka Generation (MG) seniors would pay a lower rate of $5
- Public Assistance (PA) cardholders need not pay
4. Where to collect mask
Collection of reusable mask from 5-14 Apr 2020. All Residents in Singapore are entitle one mask regardless of citizen of work permit.Family member can help to collect on behalf as long as they bring along NRIC, Birth cert, Student Pass, working pass and other government identification document with bar code for verification. This include your helper is entitle.
For Residents with mobility issues, please contact the Mask Distribution hotline (1800 333 9999) for further assistance. The hotline is open daily from 9am to 9pm.
